We are looking for you as a leadership figure for our sales team in Münster.

You will set the course for the further development of your region. Together with the management, you will ensure the optimal implementation of our unique business model. In this key position, you will be responsible for profitability, growth, and sustainability and lead your region as a profit center.

Tasks

• Planning, leading, and further developing your sales team
• Identifying market opportunities, sales potential, and developing the right strategy for sustainable revenue growth
• BUILDING up our sales network and establishing our products
• Accompanying your teams in the field
• Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with trade and other important actors and opinion leaders in the region
• Transferring and implementing entrepreneurial goals in the region

Qualification

• Professional experience in sales
• Agricultural or commercial education/study
• Leadership quality, empathy, courage, and integrity
• Focused, resilient, result-oriented, and analytical
• Structured and self-reliant working style
