Regional Education Officer 80-100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring, supporting, and further developing the quality of training in the assigned facilities
• Conducting site visits and advising and supporting vocational trainers, education officers, and managers on training matters (nursing and other professional fields)
• Training and, if necessary, intensive support for vocational education officers and vocational trainers at the sites
• Support in challenging situations with apprentices and students, as well as collaboration with internal key stakeholders, schools, and educational authorities
• Planning and conducting training courses and experience exchanges in the field of vocational training, participation in apprentice events, and involvement in regional career fairs
• Contributing to projects for the further development of the training of apprentices and students within Tertianum

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF or equivalent, as well as sound experience in vocational training
• Current or completed qualification at SVEB 2 level or equivalent
• Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills, and enjoyment of supporting people in their development
• High social competence, resilience, and the ability to quickly integrate into new teams and structures
• Enjoyment of varied activities with regular travel within the assigned region (a travel pass will be provided)
• Very good German language skills; ideally good to very good French language skills, both spoken and written
