Regional Warehouse and Sales Manager

Lead the opening and implementation and manage the daily operations of our warehouse in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, maintaining high levels of accuracy in daily operations, lead and develop the warehouse team, as well as provide impeccable service to our customers. Also explore the local market to develop new business in the region and grow the business with current customers. MAIN FUNCTIONS: Coordinate the opening and installation of the warehouse (infrastructure, permits, resources). Direct and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure the warehouse is fully operational and efficient, with a focus on accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize warehouse operations. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Explore the local market to develop new business opportunities and grow the business with current customers. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives. Provide regular reports and updates to management on warehouse operations, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations, including process improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Provide training and development opportunities to the warehouse team to improve skills and knowledge. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to travel to the region as needed. Certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related field are a plus.
