Working with leading international brands, they deliver inspection, auditing, certification, testing, and technical support to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across global supply chains.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regional TIC Operations Manager to oversee operations across Morocco and the wider Mediterranean and African regions (comprising 8–10 countries, including Egypt, Kenya, South Africa, and Turkey). Based in Marrakesh, this role is central to driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team capability across diverse markets.
This is an urgent hire and offers a rare opportunity to shape strategy while staying closely involved in execution, from customer site visits to back-office optimisation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operations across multiple countries, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO).
  • Full P&L ownership: manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • Oversee inspection schedules, factory timelines, and testing workflows.
  • Build, mentor, and upskill multicultural teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage client relationships with global brands (apparel, footwear, and hardlines).
  • Reduce claims and maintain customer satisfaction through strong delivery quality.
  • Support operational transformation, including automation and process optimisation.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits (1–2 per week) to maintain close engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Significant leadership experience in the textile/apparel/footwear industry, or related manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record in business unit management, operations leadership, and P&L ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection, compliance, and factory operations.
  • Experience working with leading global brands (e.g. adidas, Zara, Hermes).
  • Multicultural mindset with the ability to support and inspire diverse teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, from team members to senior brand executives.
  • Strong language skills: English is required, and French is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred).
