Regional Technical Pre-Engagement Manager, Deploy

As part of our Global Technology organization, we're seeking a talented Regional Technical Pre-Engagement Manager, Deploy who will be responsible for leading the technical pre-engagement process for various projects across the region. This role is critical in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, objectives and timelines, and that the necessary technical resources are identified and mobilized to support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and project management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans for complex projects. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the region, including business leaders, IT teams and other technical experts. • Collaborating with project managers to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans and ensure successful delivery. • Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all projects are properly scoped, planned and executed. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may impact project success. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the region's technology landscape, including emerging trends and innovations. • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in project management and technical pre-engagement. • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to support business growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in technology and project management, preferably with a focus on digital payments or financial services. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall. • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or a related field is an asset.
