To strengthen this mission, Syngenta's recruitment team is seeking a Regional Technical Coordinator - Seeds to work in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA. This role will directly contribute to the technical development of our Seed business. See more details below:

Job responsibilities:

Evaluation of trials and product advancement, in pre-commercial phase;
Actively participate in final positioning of products on the market;
Provide specialized support to generate demand for products;
Technical advisory opinions on customer complaints in an efficient manner;
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and consultants;
Organize and participate in technical events to promote products and solutions;
Develop and conduct technical training sessions for the sales force, ensuring they are up-to-date on products and their applications.
