As a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in your region. This role is critical to our growth and success, as we continue to expand globally. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing regional recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall talent acquisition goals. • Building relationships with local universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to identify top talent and build pipelines for future hires. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective job descriptions and interview processes. • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role. • Developing and maintaining a strong network of contacts within your region, including local talent pools, professional associations, and other organizations. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and stay ahead of the competition. • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a regional or global role. • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive results. • Strong understanding of the local job market, including labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
