The Profile The ideal candidate possesses a "best of both worlds" background: the rigorous discipline of a Top 10 FMCG or Consumer Health giant, combined with the flexibility to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.

• Strategic Leadership: Drive commercial development and marketing strategy across 13 diverse markets in Asia Pacific, with a specific focus on Southeast Asia, India, and North Asia.
• Commercial Excellence: Deliver measurable growth in sales and market share through integrated marketing activations and robust commercial leadership.
• Digital Innovation: Champion the evolution of E-commerce, Omnichannel strategies, and Social Media engagement to stay ahead of consumer trends.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Lead and align diverse teams across a complex regional matrix, including collaboration with HCP (Healthcare Professional) thought leaders.
