Regional Sales Team Manager (m/w/d)
Job description
- As Regional Sales Team Manager (m/w/d), you will take over the leadership and development of your regional sales teams and consistently implement clear goals together with them.
- You will actively shape the implementation of sales strategies in your region - in close coordination with the sales leadership and with a view to sustainable growth.
- You will strategically and goal-oriented steer regional sales activities to achieve revenue, result, and market share targets and build on them.
- You will analyze sales key figures precisely, derive effective measures from them, and ensure transparency through professional reporting.
- As the central interface, you will coordinate sales-related processes with laboratory leadership, sample planning, and order management and ensure that customer needs are always met.
