Regional Sales Manager-Vehicle Finance 02 Wheeler

• Leading a team of at least 50 people including ASM, BSM & sales executive
• Proven work experience as an Area Sales in 02 wheeler segment or similar role in vehicle finance
• Excellent sales and Negotiation skills as well as good risk analysis skills
• Taking ownership and flexible approach with Team member
• Excellent sales & analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.g. in Excel)
• Collaborative work style to engage with peers, colleagues & sales team across the company
• Solid understanding of lending procedures
• Command of technology
• Being analytical and data-driven
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent Leadership and motivation skills
• Must have knowledge of the area's economy with a focus on the regional market, marketing infrastructure, and government regulations in the 02 wheeler segment

• Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Improve distribution in the region by careful study and need gap identification
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for all areas in support of business objectives
• Maintains and expands customer/ distributor base by counseling ASMs; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new business opportunities
• Monitor payments in region, area & branch level
• Prepare and Implement Strategy for network development, Coverage, and increase market share
• Responsible for corporate & retail 02-wheeler finance in a smooth way for effective execution
• Responsible for budgeting & develop brand promotion campaigns
• Responsible for leading, guiding, and supporting teams of specific regions and getting results as per plan
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
• Increase the business opportunities through various routes in their region
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to achieve targets on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
• Handle all budgeting expenses and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Coordination with various HO / Cross-functional departments & providing feedback
