Regional Sales Manager

Regency Front is looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Sales Manager with residence in or near our work points.

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales,
• Degree completed,
• Knowledge of furniture production domain constitutes an advantage,
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, persistent, passionate about challenges, punctual, and reliable,
• Initiative, orientation towards results, proactivity, positivity, dynamism, organization, and attention to details,
• Knowledge of operating computer and tablet (CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox, various cloud services),
• Driving license category B, minimum 5 years old,
• Availability for daily travel (5 days on site),
• Prior experience in a similar sales position constitutes an advantage, even if not from the furniture production domain.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing business opportunities in allocated area, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients,
• Presenting, promoting, and selling company products to clients,
• Maintaining product presentations for clients and supporting the sales team of distributors,
• Reporting visits in CRM system within 24 hours after visit,
• Implementing successful marketing programs,
• Respecting commercial policies and internal procedures of the company,
• Correctly managing and responsibly handling equipment and inventory,
• Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the company's product list (free training courses offered by the company).
