Regional Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Regional Sales Manager maintains data and information relevant to key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision making. Responsible for reinforcing a solid and trusting relationship between key customers and the Company. Developing relationships with national and international customers, with the goal of reaching sales revenue goals by targeting specific accounts. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop strategies to achieve these goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
