Regional Sales Business Development Manager

We are committed to providing innovative and sustainable PEEK material solutions for consumer electronics, automotive, energy, Aerospace and Medical. To accelerate our global expansion, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth within a designated territory, aiming at regional key accounts in Europe. This role is pivotal in executing our market penetration strategy and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and business development, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territory; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional key accounts and identifying new business opportunities; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans; • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies; • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions; • Meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the polymers industry; • Strong understanding of the European market and its key players; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
