- Support GM in driving Integrated Quality initiatives in Singapore facility
- Lead internal audits across products, processes, and procedures
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Review and approve project documentation for compliance
- Manage customer-driven change management and qualification activities
- Oversee product acceptance testing
- Develop and implement quality plans and technical documentation
- Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures, and governance systems
- Improve inspection and testing methods to ensure product reliability
- Ensure compliance with quality specifications through corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop quality team members
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and waste reduction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering
- At least 5 years in a leadership/management role
- Experience in metrology, inspection techniques, and engineering drawings
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (machining, casting, stamping, fabrication)
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP quality systems
- Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology
