Regional Project Manager - AI Fintech

Job description

Role: Regional Project Manager (Thai-speaker) Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-focused software development projects that enhance core banking solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives. Collaborate with regional product owners and technical teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop detailed project plans. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-scope delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners. Ensure effective communication and issue resolution through regular status updates, meetings, and reporting. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Provide expert-level guidance on AI-focused software development best practices, tools, and methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business needs, goals, and objectives to inform project decisions and deliverables. Provide input to the development of AI-focused software solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
