Lumino The Dentists is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of practices across North Auckland and Northland, driving operational excellence while supporting our teams to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across North Auckland and Northland to achieve operational, commercial, and clinical success.
• Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high-performing, engaged, and customer-focused practices.
• Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to drive team capability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, practice performance, and the successful delivery of regional and national initiatives.
• Foster a positive culture that reflects Lumino's values and commitment to exceptional patient care.
