Regional MEP Leader (Singapore)

The company has a significant presence in Asia and in Europe terms of its reputable market position in developing best-in-class Operations & Engineering management capabilities and takes pride in ensuring optimized regional activities to achieve maximization of efficiency, productivity and cost savings. As Regional MEP Leader (Singapore), you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence Programs across multiple sites in Singapore, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as experience in manufacturing operations management, quality control, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
