Regional Marketing Specialist

Job description

The Regional Marketing Specialist India will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing marketing programs and events in India with the goal of generating qualified leads and accelerating the progression of opportunities in the sales pipeline.

The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results. This role will be based in Bangalore office and reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC and functionally to the Country Manager India.

What your day will look like:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand in country business needs and build marketing event and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.

  • Plan and Execute Field Marketing Campaigns

Design, organise, and implement integrated marketing campaigns, events, and activities to generate leads and achieve business objectives across India.

  • Sales Collaboration

Partner with the in-country sales team to understand business priorities and customise marketing programmes that align with pipeline goals.

  • Customer Engagement

Identify and engage potential customers through on-ground activations, seminars, roadshows, and participation in industry events in collaboration with SDR, Sales, and Channel teams.

  • Channel and Stakeholder Relationships

Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, industry associations, and key stakeholders to amplify reach and influence.

  • Content Localisation

Work with global and regional marketing teams to adapt messaging, collateral, and campaigns for the Indian market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting

Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.

  • Vendor and Agency Coordination

Manage external vendors and agencies for event logistics, promotional materials, and digital marketing execution.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in field marketing or regional marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns in India.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Even better if you have these assets:
  • Familiarity with security, public safety, or technology sectors is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in regional Indian languages is a plus.
