Regional Manufacturing Engineering Director

As Regional Manufacturing Engineering Director, you will lead and shape the manufacturing engineering strategy across North America. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence across engineering, operations, product development, and sales, focused on driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead the regional manufacturing engineering function, setting direction, priorities, and standards. Build, develop, and scale Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, operations leaders, and product development teams. Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the manufacturing engineering organization. What We’re Looking For A seasoned leader with a strong track record in manufacturing engineering, operations, or a related field. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, build high-performing teams, and foster collaborative relationships across functions.
