Regional Managing Director: Multi-Country Operations Leader

The candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in executive management, with proven success in accountability for company P&L and overall business operations. The role requires effective leadership of cross-functional teams and strong communication with the Japan head office. Ideal candidates will have a background in finance, operations, or general management, with a track record of driving growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the overall performance of subsidiaries across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico, including financial planning and budgeting, sales and marketing, human resources, and operations. • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and partners. • Collaborating with the Japan head office to ensure alignment of regional strategies with global objectives. • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the company's financial performance or reputation. • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for subsidiaries across Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Mexico. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, human resources, and operations. • Providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
