Your role as Regional Manager

As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the results and processes within your region in Flanders. You analyze and improve operational processes, stimulate collaboration and guide your teams to get the best out of themselves. Together with Vice Regional Managers, you work closely with the Head of Purchasing and other departments, such as the Branch Operations Team, Pricing-team, and People.

Direct and indirect leadership responsibility:

• You give direct leadership to approximately 10 mobile buyers and administrative staff, and to 2-3 Vice Regional Managers.
• Indirectly, you are responsible for about 20 locations and 60 employees in your region.

You monitor the optimal structure, track the performance of your teams, and serves as a connection between the headquarters, your Vice Regional Managers, and the locations. With a data-driven view, you draw clear conclusions and turn them into tangible action plans and improvements.
