Regional Manager

WM has an excellent opportunity that has arisen for a high performing and commercially aware Regional Manager managing our residential and commercial collections business’s while growing our commercial presence in the Hamilton region.

This role does not come up often and is a desirable role for the right person in a great location. This is a senior role that reports through to the General Manager - WM, north and is supported by a strong regional support network.

The position responsibilities cover the full operational and financial management of all aspects of our business including leading a strong safety culture, operational management staff, maintenance, and compliance requirements, meeting financial and growth targets and budgets and interacting with our large customer base.

The person we are looking for must have a proven health and safety performance record and background demonstrating operational excellence to provide and maintain a safe and efficient workplace for our team and customers. Ideally you will have had some exposure to working in a busy, multifaceted workplace where your strong organisational skills and commercial acumen have been tried and tested.
