About the role:
WM has an excellent opportunity that has arisen for a high performing and commercially aware Regional Manager managing our municipal and commercial collections business’s while growing our commercial presence in the region. The role will be based in the Napier/Hastings area as this is central to all our activities but also incorporates the management of our Gisborne business.
This is a desirable role for the right person in a great location. This is a senior Lower North Island role that reports through to the General Manager – WM South and is supported by a strong regional support network.
The position responsibilities cover the full operational and financial management of all aspects of our business including leading a strong safety culture, operational management staff, maintenance, and compliance requirements, meeting financial and growth targets and budgets and interacting with our large customer base.
