Regional Manager Sibiu

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Regional Manager to join our team in Sibiu. If you are a results-oriented person with excellent leadership and organizational skills, this position may be suitable for you.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Coordinating and supporting teams of Zone Managers, ensuring efficient communication and uniform implementation of company policies.
• Monitoring and optimizing store operations in subordinates, respecting quality standards and sales objectives.
• Planning and approving operator schedules, ensuring a balance between operational needs and available resources.
• Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing process improvement solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for sales growth and implementing local market strategies.
• Providing support and guidance to field teams, contributing to their professional development.
• Preparing periodic reports for company leadership on regional activity, performance, and optimization recommendations.

The requirements for the role include:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regional or zone management (retail/FMCG is an advantage).
• Demonstrated coordination and motivation skills.
• Capacity for macro and micro planning and organization.
• Solid knowledge of sales and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive spirit, identifying and implementing solutions.
• Availability for frequent travel in the region.
• Broad knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
