Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, this role is responsible for strategic leadership of a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients in the region. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing regional business plans to drive growth and profitability • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty • Leading and managing a team of cleaning professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities • Collaborating with other departments to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities • Maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and compliance in all aspects of the business • Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
