Coaching and developing Store Managers across your region

Driving results through smart planning, reporting, and sales insights

Being on the ground - supporting, energising, and making things happen

What we're looking for:

Proven success in multi-site retail leadership (8+ stores ideal)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Natural coach who loves developing people

Commercially sharp and results-driven

Full driver's licence + flexibility to travel across the region
