Regional Manager Centro

Cisalfa Sport, leader omnicanale for sport and lifestyle in Italy, with over 160 direct retail stores and over 3400 employees, is seeking a REGIONAL MANAGER CENTRO ITALIA. The resource, reporting directly to the Sales Director, will be responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy in the relevant commercial region. Main activities and responsibilities: - Define a sales strategy that is coherent and virtuous, which can bring the company to its maximum profitability; - Plan commercial sales targets in the short, medium, and long term; - Direct and assign clear instructions to the commercial network on sales methods and targets; - Coordinate Area Managers on the territory; - Study the competition and analyze the market to position the company in the most profitable segments; - Effectively manage the budget; - Manage personal costs by optimizing the workforce in line with market conditions; - Promote the development of sales network talents and verify their performance in collaboration with the HRBP dedicated to the same commercial area; - Collaborate with the Head Office functions to ensure the correct implementation and execution of company guidelines; - Share with the Sales Director periodic reports on commercial performance and possible solutions to implement. Requirements: - Diploma and/or degree; - Previous experience in a similar role and/or as Area/Regional Manager in a Retail and/or GDO reality; - Entrepreneurial mindset and data analysis skills; - Competence in using the Office Package - Leadership, negotiation, and effective communication skills. #GameOnWithCisalfa Sector: Sales Role: Retail/Servicing the Public Type of occupation: Indefinite contract
