Job Description

• Position Title: Regional Manager
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm; Sat, 8am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $6,000 - $7,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Outlet & Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations across assigned outlets to ensure smooth and consistent service.
• Work closely with on-site teams to build good working relationships and maintain consistent operating standards.
• Ensure outlets follow company SOPs, food quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Sales Performance & Cost Control: Meet sales targets while controlling costs effectively.
• Monitor outlet results and prepare routine/monthly sales reports, with suggestions to improve performance.
• People Leadership & Manpower Planning: Plan staffing needs, deploy staff, and manage productivity.
• Track staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Coach and support teams to meet sales targets and provide good customer service.
• Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all assigned outlets.
• Ensure outlets comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements and other relevant regulations.
• Carry out other duties or projects assigned by the Director.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, preferably managing multiple outlets (e.g., casual dining or hotpot).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Singapore’s food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Good financial knowledge, including profit and loss (P&L) management.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders for work purposes is an advantage.
• Willing to travel when required.
