As Regional Legal Compliance Professional - Americas, you will be part of our legal team that ensures compliance with laws and regulations in the Americas region. Your main responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance program for the Americas region; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; • Providing guidance and support to local teams on compliance matters; • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations in the Americas region and advising management accordingly; • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and other organizations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, legal affairs or a related field; • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations in the Americas region; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Certifications: • Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification is an asset. • Experience with compliance software and tools is an advantage.
