Your main task lies in developing a goal-oriented strategy that fully meets the requirements of the management board. Other tasks you will need to complete:

• Analysing the development potential and measuring it against results and customer orientation
• Developing effective measures and closing them with measurable results through collaboration with the business leadership
• Finding new business opportunities and wrapping them up in cooperation with the business leadership
• Analyzing existing processes using the IST7SOLL system and developing them through change management philosophy, which is your responsibility
• Serving as a key connection between partners, business leadership, and international businesses
• Being a competent point of contact for dealer performance
• Regularly participating in experience exchanges internationally to contribute to the company's information flow

Your profile:

In addition to your passion for products and industry, you also have a successfully completed business administration or technical management education. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

• You possess a technical foundation in the automotive industry (advantageous) and/or work experience in a comparable function, such as Regional Leader
• Your English skills are negotiation-safe, and your German skills are excellent in both word and writing
• You also profile yourself through very good French language skills in both word and writing
• Your assertiveness and drive reflect your strong work ethic
• You are a team player who acts for the benefit of the company
