Regional Large Language Model (LLM) Agent & Prompt Engineering Intern (Summer 2026)

Team Description: The President’s Office supports the Group President in driving enterprise-wide productivity and long-term value creation. The team leads cross-functional efforts focused on operational efficiency and AI transformation, working closely with Regional and Local teams to identify strategic improvement levers, align initiatives across business units, and accelerate scalable impact. Job Description Proof-of-Concept development: Design and implement workplace-efficiency PoCs on our AI-powered tools and platforms, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing and generation tasks. This role will focus on developing innovative solutions to drive productivity gains and improve employee experience. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop LLM-based applications that enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction. • Develop and maintain a portfolio of PoCs, showcasing the potential impact of AI-powered tools on business outcomes. • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic improvement levers, aligning initiatives across business units and accelerating scalable impact. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in LLMs, NLP, and AI, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve the quality of PoCs. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a related field. • Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and AI concepts. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
