Regional HSE Manager

Job Description Client: Confidential Entity: CBRE T&T Role: Full-time Location: Krakow or Warsaw Travel: 20% across EMEA (Hybrid role - 3-4 days/week on-site). Summary: Support the CEHS Programme Lead in implementing and managing Construction HSE projects and programs for a large national/international corporate account across EMEA. Oversee projects from design through to handover, ensuring compliance with Client standards and promoting a risk-averse approach. Collaborate with design teams, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote the CEHS Programme and its objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to project managers and site teams on HSE matters. Identify and report potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and track progress against programme objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Client's business, including their operations, policies, and procedures. Provide expert advice on HSE matters to support the CEHS Programme. Identify and prioritize opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes as necessary. Maintain accurate records and reports of programme activities, progress, and outcomes. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Client's policies, procedures, and standards.
