Urgent Opening for "REGIONAL HEAD" in a leading Bank. Location - Chennai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Regional Head to lead Business Loan operations across a large territory of 100 branches. The role involves driving growth in secured and unsecured lending, managing large sales teams, strengthening DSA and Direct sourcing channels, ensuring portfolio quality, and achieving business profitability targets. Key Responsibilities Lead business loan operations across 100–120 branches. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in Business Loan portfolio. Manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor and control the risk associated with the loan portfolio. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services industry. Strong understanding of banking regulations and policies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel frequently across the territory.
