The Regional Franchise Director for Carrefour Market Franchise - Namur/Liège region accompanies and supervises store managers in their region, helping them achieve set results. They advise on store operations.
They ensure continuous improvement of collaboration between Carrefour franchise and regional partners to guarantee satisfaction and that of their clientele.

The responsibilities of the Regional Director are as follows:

• Implement and follow existing strategic concepts and procedures.
• Achieve budgetary objectives set for region, in accordance with contract and with a focus on operational excellence.
• Analyze satisfaction level of franchisees.
• Ensure regional profitability, expansion of store count, and increase in regional activity rate.
• Organize regular regional meetings with franchisees to inform them of company strategy and orientations.
• Share best practices with other Regional Directors.
• Optimize operational costs in logistics and procurement domains.

Your profile:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar function or as store manager at Carrefour.
• You are a good communicator and can easily convince others.
• You are result-oriented and possess good problem-solving skills.
• You speak fluent French.
