Regional Director Operations (South) (m/f/d)

As Regional Director South, you will assume overall responsibility for our locations in Southern Germany and develop our stores, teams, and area managers to the next level. You will be the interface between operational excellence and strategic growth.

Your area of responsibility includes our locations in Stuttgart, Freiburg, Konstanz, Metzingen, Nuremberg, Augsburg, as well as Munich and Munich-Schwabing.

Your Mission – These are Your Tasks

You will lead our Southern German regions entrepreneurially, develop our leaders further, and ensure that every restaurant lives our standards – and exceeds them.

Leadership & Organization

• Leadership, coaching, and development of several Area Managers & Operations Managers

• Building high-performing teams and sustainable leadership structures

• Fostering a strong, unified corporate culture

• Management of several locations & teams

Performance & Control

• Overall responsibility for the sales, profitability, and KPIs of your region

• Analysis of performance data and derivation of concrete measures

• Ensuring budget compliance and optimization of cost structures

• Budget responsibility and performance management

Operational Excellence

• Ensuring our brand, service, and product standards in all stores

• Conducting audits and deriving best practices

• Support with new openings, turnarounds, and projects

• Multi-Unit Operations Focus

Growth & Expansion

• Active participation in shaping our expansion strategy in the South

• Support with site development and openings

• Identification of growth potential in existing markets

Interface Management

• Close collaboration with HQ (HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations)

• Ensuring smooth information flow

• Implementation of central strategies in the region

Your Profile – This is What You Bring:

• Several years of management experience in system gastronomy / multi-unit environment

• Experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, or similar

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset & KPI orientation

• Proven track record in developing teams & locations

• Hands-on mentality combined with a strategic outlook

• High willingness to travel within your region
