Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) to oversee and support our skilled nursing facilities throughout the South Jersey region, with a primary focus on Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about ensuring exceptional quality of care across multiple facilities.

• Provide clinical leadership and direction to facility Directors of Nursing to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.

• Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Conduct facility assessments and support nursing teams in achieving and maintaining high standards of resident care.

• Develop and mentor nursing leadership, fostering professional growth and consistent operational excellence.

• Collaborate with Regional and Corporate teams on clinical strategies, survey readiness, and risk mitigation.

• Analyze clinical data and outcomes to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

• Support facilities during surveys and implement corrective action plans as needed.

• Ensure alignment with Complete Care’s commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey required.

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care, including multi-facility or regional oversight preferred.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing facilities.

• Proven success in survey management, quality improvement, and staff development.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to travel regularly throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties.
