Regional Director

We’re hiring: Regional Director (Florida) LIFT Enrichment is a fast-growing education company delivering healthy cooking enrichment programs to K–12 schools, with a strong focus on Title I communities. We serve tens of thousands of students weekly and are expanding our regional leadership team. We’re looking for a Regional Director (Florida) to lead operational execution, client satisfaction, and regional performance across the state. This is an operations-heavy leadership role working closely with our program managers, school administrators, and community partners to drive growth, improve program quality, and ensure seamless delivery of our services. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our regional goals, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team.
