Regional Digital Marketing Manager

Full Time 80000.00 - 80000.00

Job description

The Regional Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable growth across Great Place to Work’s digital ecosystem. This role is both strategic and hands-on — developing and executing digital campaigns that generate qualified, pipeline, and accelerate revenue across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

You will be the engine room of digital performance, managing all aspects of paid media, SEO, AEO, website optimisation, experimentation, and analytics. You will oversee our website developer and play a pivotal role in building the systems, data, and campaigns that fuel our regional expansion. This is a role for an analytical and creative operator who thrives on execution, experimentation, and impact.

In this role, you will both set the digital agenda and deliver against it — from high-impact campaigns and experiments to performance dashboards and conversion optimisations. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified pipeline, improve ROI across channels, and elevate GPTW’s digital maturity across the region.

Digital Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.

Manage, test, and optimise digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.

Oversee day-to-day channel performance and continuously improve funnel conversion rates.

Partner with Marketing Business Partners to align paid, owned, and earned channels around key country objectives and campaigns.

SEO & AEO

Lead the SEO and AEO strategy to maximise organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Conduct technical audits, keyword and intent analysis, and implement schema and structured data to improve visibility.

Develop backlink, internal link, and content performance strategies to strengthen domain authority.

Collaborate closely with the Content Manager to ensure all content is optimised for both human and machine readers.

Testing & Experimentation

Champion a culture of testing and continuous improvement across digital channels.

Design and run structured experiments, including A/B and multivariate testing, to optimise creative, copy, landing pages, and user journeys.

Identify and validate new growth levers through data-driven experimentation.

Document and communicate key learnings to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability.

Analytics & Reporting

Measure and report on campaign performance across all channels using tools including HubSpot and GA4 to uncover insights, trends, and growth opportunities.

Create regular digital performance reports and recommendations for the Marketing Business Partners and the wider business.

Build and maintain multi-touch attribution reporting frameworks to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities across channels and stages of the funnel.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage the website developer and coordinate technical updates and optimisation.

Collaborate with Content, Design, Event and Country Marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across markets.

Champion the development of the digital capabilities of the marketing team and wider business.

Technology & Innovation

Manage and optimise the existing tech stack (HubSpot, SEMrush, GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, WordPress).

Evaluate and pilot new marketing technologies that enhance performance, tracking, or automation.

Help create a test-and-learn culture, adopting innovative approaches to improve efficiency and results.
