Regional Development Manager for Commercial Property Development (m/w/d) - North/East Region

Your Tasks

Design space, responsibility, and real implementation: In this role, the focus is on developing and implementing commercial property projects – with a clear emphasis on the implementation phase.

• Overall responsibility for conceptual and constructional development of a region within our property portfolio
• Value-Add Potential: Identification of potential value increases and development and implementation of sustainable use concepts
• Project management in technical, financial, and temporal terms
• Focus with maker qualities and owner's glasses for steering and coordination of architects, engineers, and construction companies, especially during the HOAI phases 6-8. Hands-on mentality helps here.
• Project-specific definition and briefing of typical HOAI services for project partners, independent execution of procurement negotiations, and commissioning.
• BUILDING, EXPANDING, AND MAINTAINING A HIGH-PERFORMANCE NETWORK OF SPECIALISTS ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS, AUTHORITIES, AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES – Key thing!
• Parallel management of multiple projects with a clear focus on implementation and results

Your Profile

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in project management for commercial property development
• Fundamental practice in the HOAI phases 6-8
• Strong value-add attitude
• Very good knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and permit law
• Experience in managing complex construction projects during the implementation phase
• Very secure handling of MS Excel
• Negotiation-safe German language skills and good English language skills
• Outstanding sense of responsibility, initiative, and assertiveness
