Regional Development Manager (everyone is welcome) High-Rise/Ausbau for Existing Properties/Industrial Parks - Region Frankfurt/Mitte

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the contractually compliant processing of projects in the region
• Steering and monitoring of project realization (timely, technically, financially)
• Local steering and direct contact person for the professionally involved parties (architects, engineers, appraisers, executing construction companies etc.)
• Steering multiple projects simultaneously
• Idea and concept development for existing properties in collaboration with internal & external project participants
• Building relationships and maintaining contact with local institutions, authorities & regional operating project partners
• Independent conduct of tender negotiations

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in architecture or civil engineering
• Professional experience as a project leader in commercial existing properties with a focus on construction execution
• Very good knowledge of HOAI and VOB, as well as MS Excel
• Good knowledge in the field of building law (authoritative permit / approval procedures) & fire safety regulations
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, high level of self-initiative
• Well-developed sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and decision-making ability
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
