Regional Data Migration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Data Migration Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data migration strategies and methodologies for large-scale projects involving Conga CPQ & CLM solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Design and oversee the execution of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Analyse source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and potential migration challenges.
• Define and configure data models, build migration scripts, and utilize existing or custom tools for data transformation and loading.
• Implement processes to ensure data is accurately transformed, cleansed, and migrated, maintaining its integrity and quality.
• Conduct thorough data quality assessments and implement data cleansing procedures.
• Plan and conduct data validation tests to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data.
• Optimize the data migration process for efficiency and automation, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful migrations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all migration processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regional data protection regulations, including LGPD and other LATAM-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data migration efforts with broader organizational goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data migration processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
