Regional Commercial Product Marketing Senior Analyst - Refrigeration

This role in summary For our Refrigeration Category in Beko Europe, we are looking for a Regional Commercial Product Marketing Senior Analyst. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Commercial PM for Refrigeration, you will play a key role in the product organization. You will focus on specific cluster/market(s) to grasp, consolidate and reflect local needs into new product introductions and range catalogues for the Europe region. You will collaborate cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and product offerings. Your main responsibilities will be: • Grasp market trends and competitor activity in your assigned cluster/market(s) to identify opportunities for new products or range extensions. • Consolidate and reflect local needs into new product introductions and range catalogues for the Europe region, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and product offerings. • Collaborate cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and product offerings. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the European market, including trends, competitor activity and customer needs. • Provide insights and recommendations to support new product introductions and range catalogues for the Europe region. • Ensure that all marketing materials, including product descriptions, images and videos, are aligned with commercial strategies and product offerings. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in English (written and spoken). • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
