What We’re Looking For We’re recruiting for a Regional Clinical and Quality Manager to oversee and support eight Aged Care facilities in the Lower South Island, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Include: • Provide clinical leadership and support to the Aged Care facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, in collaboration with facility staff and stakeholders. • Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback to facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with the National Clinical and Quality Manager to develop and implement national quality initiatives. • Provide coaching and mentoring to facility staff to improve clinical practice and quality of care. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facility staff, residents, and families. • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards. • Develop and manage budgets for quality initiatives and projects. • Provide regular reports to the National Clinical and Quality Manager on quality performance and initiatives. What You’ll Need To Succeed • A relevant tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g., nursing, medicine, health science). • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership or management role in Aged Care or a related field. • Proven experience in quality improvement and clinical leadership. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to travel regularly to visit facilities in the Lower South Island. • A current driver’s licence.
