This is pure new business development - but not from scratch. You’ll focus on expanding our Gallagher SMB footprint across WA, SA & NT, backed by demand, reputation, and a team that wins together.
Alongside that, you’ll support internal teams with joint calls, field training, and customer coaching. We don’t need to be a tech whiz - just someone sharp enough to explain what matters and know when to loop others in.
You can live anywhere in WA, SA or NT – as long as you’re willing to get in front of customers and hit the road when it counts.

The Job
- Be the driving force behind our Gallagher SMB growth across WA, SA, & NT
- Own the road - this is 90% field-based, with travel on your terms - but you will likely be interstate 50% of the time
- Support internal teams and businesses with joint calls, demos, and training
- Train customers and partners on Gallagher SMB features, benefits, and commercial value
- Field cross-brand enquiries and loop in the right teams - know when to delegate
- Identify demand, create momentum, and make things happen
