The function 'Regiomanager GWK' aims to manage and direct all operational and commercial processes and performances of all Goudwisselkantoren within the assigned region. What will you do? You will lead a team of office workers and mobile office workers. You are responsible for daily operational management over the Goudwisselkantoren within your respective region. You monitor the achievement of (financial) targets of the various offices and direct if necessary. You set year plans with the Operational Manager for the region and ensure their implementation. You guide employees in this process and direct if necessary. You report on progress to the Operational Manager. You take care of an optimal working climate within the Goudwisselkantoren within the region. You initiate and coordinate a consultation structure where employees feel comfortable and safe, and there is room for personal initiative. You ensure that there is sufficient staffing at the Goudwisselkantoren during opening hours. In exceptional cases, you participate in various regional meetings. You possess a higher education work and thinking level. You have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable function. You are proactive and have a positive work ethic. You know how to inspire and motivate employees. You are good at being able to confront employees with deviations from the norm and redirect them. You have knowledge of modern management techniques. You possess a good numerical insight, can analyze well, and report. Dutch is your native language or you master it on level C1/C2. You have knowledge of the second national language. You have a clean proof of good moral behavior. Experience in the banking sector, luxury-, retail-, or jewelry industry is an advantage. A market-oriented approach, Detailhandel, Reporting, Dutch, Education, Numerical insight, Banking sector.
