Regenerative Rancher/Farmer

Are you an individual with experience in the farming industry and are familiar with practices involved with Regenerative Farming and/or Holistic Management? VG Meats, Rowe Farm and Olliffe are looking for a Regenerative Rancher/Farmer for their Ontario Farms! The Regenerative Rancher/Farmer will be an individual who will demonstrate the necessary qualities to perform this position with care, attention to detail, and organization. The Regenerative Rancher/Farmer will perform daily tasks aimed at maintaining the health of the farm's ecosystem, including but not limited to: monitoring soil health, managing water resources, implementing integrated pest management strategies, and promoting biodiversity. This role requires a strong understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and practices, as well as experience with Holistic Management methods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable farming practices and be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
