Refrigeration Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of cold storage facility projects across the country. This hands-on role requires managing multiple projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and leading teams to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project management for construction, refurbishment, and upgrade of cold storage facilities. • Plan, budget, allocate resources and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, to achieve project goals. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. • Lead and manage project teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members. • Ensure effective issue resolution and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the cold storage industry. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
