Your responsibilities

• experience in sales and vision examination in an optical store
• active and professional sales
• initiative
• professional refraction examination
• knowledge of spectacle lens optics and frame assortment (luxury brands and artisanal brands)

Our requirements

• Experience in refraction examination.
• We are looking for a communicative and engaged person.
• We expect the candidate to have a proactive attitude – anticipating the client's needs, not just reacting to their questions.
• Active approach to the sales process – from the first contact with the client to the finalization of the purchase and after-sales relationship.
• Combining technical knowledge with aesthetic sense and individual client expectations.
• Building a relationship that makes the client feel cared for, not just "served".
• Refraction examination supported by experience, translating examination results into the client's life needs.
• Engagement in store aesthetics (window displays, frame display changes, maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace).
• English language.
