Since 2007, my client has arranged private stock‑secured refinancing for non‑US companies, family offices and investors. Delivering liquidity without selling shares for refinancing debt, working capital, acquisitions, real estate.

This role is suitable for business advisors, M&A advisors, consultants who recognize the value of helping their clients unlock equity from a concentrated stock positions listed on most stock exchanges: ASX, LSE, TSE, SGX, DFM, TSX, TSXV, HKEX, JSE, DAX.

This fee-sharing role is ideal for connectors who want to monetize their network while we handle sales, delivery, and administration.

Your Role

As a Referral Partner, you will:

• Leverage your network to connect investors, managing partners, founders, CEOs with our liquidity solutions.
• Act as an ambassador promoting our services with clarity and professionalism.
