Tasks

As a Reference:in for Finances & Controlling, you will take on a central role in our company.

You ensure that we make the right economic decisions – with clear analyses, clean reporting, and a good sense of optimization potential.

This is what's expected of you:

• Responsibility for planning, forecasting, and controlling
• Analysis of cost centers, quantity structures, as well as income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet planning
• Preparation of reports and monitoring for management and mother companies
• Coordination around year-end closings together with external accounting, tax consulting, and auditing firms
• Support in accounts receivable management and data-based evaluations for departments
• Work with modern tools like Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Sparring partner:in for executive management, department heads, and external stakeholders
• Identification of optimization potential and active shaping of cross-sectional processes

You bring structure to numbers, transparency to decisions, and help make sustainable growth possible.

Qualification

• Studies in the field of business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
• First practical experience in the finance/controlling environment – beginners with drive are explicitly welcome
• Very good Excel skills
• Ideal experience with Power BI and/or Power Automate
• Strong understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
• Structured, self-responsible working style
• Pleasure in collaboration with different stakeholders
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
